Our apartment is in the Heart of Inverness City Centre. Just a minutes walk from Inverness Bus and Railway Station. With Shops, Pubs, Cafes and Restaurants on your doorstep this truly is the place to stay.

Flat itself is modern and warm. Our well equipped kitchen and other amenities is all you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay for families and friends.

There is offsite parking available locally with this property. This needs to be pre booked and is available at an additional cost.

The space
The Kitchen includes has all the essentials you’ll need throughout your stay. There is complimentary Tea, Coffee and Sugar along with a small Pint of Milk. Ideal for a cuppa upon your arrival. There is also fruit available for all guests. We all supply Kitchen Roll, Dish Towels, Cleaning Detergent, Fabric Conditioner, Cleaning Supplies and Clothes Airer.

The lounge area has a 4 and 3 Seater Sofa giving generous space for guests to sit. There is a Smart TV with freeview channels. There is also free WiFi for all guests.

Bedroom 1 has a Double Bed and Chest of Drawers.

Bedroom 2 has a Double Bed and two singles, and Wardrobe with plenty hangers and hanging space.

The Bathroom has a Bath, over Bath Shower, Wash Hand Basin and WC. Bath and Hand Towels are supplied along with Hand Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel and Toilet Roll.

Heating is Electric throughout.

Well behaved pets are welcome, reimbursement will be expected if there is damage caused.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the property and can come and go freely at their leisure.

Other things to note we are situated on the 1st floor. Therefore climbing stairs is a requirement to access the apartment.

"Tony and Anne-Marie were fantastic hosts during our three-night stay in Inverness. The flat was ideally located, just a short walk from the train station and many restaurants. The beds were comfortable, and they provided every detail for guests, including toiletries, milk for coffee, and even a hair dryer and straightener. We would stay here again! If you need airport drop-off services or private tours of the Highlands, talk to Tony. We used both services, and they were incredibly convenient!"
